Creating Life Balance

Week 1 – Life Balance – Reflection on where you are at right now

The focus of week 1 is to gain understanding around what life balance is and how to achieve it. We will explore strategies that create life balance and reflect on the things that seem to detract from life balance. You will have the opportunity to assess what areas of your life are in balance and what areas need to be more balanced.


Week 2 – Time and how to manage it effectively

The objective of week 2 is to explore different strategies of managing time effectively. We will explore how you spend your time and what you waste your time on. You will have the opportunity to develop an individual weekly schedule and the benefit and usefulness of your schedule can be discussed over the 6-week course. You will have the opportunity to learn about procrastination, why we do it and how to overcome it.

Week 3 – How to assert your boundaries and finally get space for you!

The aim for week 3 is to explore assertiveness and communication. You will learn how to communicate assertively, how assertiveness increases your self-confidence and how to say NO! We will also explore how to communicate effectively and learn about the different components of communication and how to say exactly what you mean.

Week 4 – Getting healthy to give you the energy you need to live the life you want.

During week 4 you will have the opportunity to explore your lifestyle and how healthy it is. We will look at how to create a healthier lifestyle with all the components you need to strive in a busy life. We will consider health, nutrition, diet and exercise. Expect to walk away with a new strategies and tips to implement into your life to take it to a whole new level.

Week 5 – Balance in the Bank

During week 5, we will consider one of the most stressful topics in a lot of people’s lives – MONEY! We will have a look at basic financial issues and introduce you to a budgeting system and a unique debt busting system. We will also introduce you to how to Debt Free Living.

Week 6 – Get the fun back in Life – that is what it is all about!

The objective of week 6 is to have a look at the path ahead from this course and how to have fun in your life! We will revise the main topics that we have covered during the six week course and look at effective strategies to implement in your life to keep balance in your life and how to have fun.
